Answer
Clear, modern letterforms, a bit of bold in a mostly corporate neutral color palette, and pulling that professionalism (and a bit of playfulness) across the company’s deliverables.

Spark career interest in tradespeople by amplifying the recruiting team’s message of the company’s good work-life balance.
